1. Refund eligibility
All Klaivr subscriptions (Basic, Pro, and Enterprise) are covered by the same refund rules.You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of the original purchase date of your initial charge for a given subscription.Requests submitted after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.Once a refund is issued, access to the service associated with the refunded charge is revoked immediately.Cancelling a subscription after the 30-day window prevents future renewals but does not trigger a refund for past charges.2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, you can either cancel your subscription from your account dashboard and contact us, or reach out directly at contact@klaivr.com with your order details.We will verify your request and, if it falls within the 30-day refund window, initiate a full refund via our reseller Paddle (Paddle.com).Refunds are processed through the original payment method, subject to Paddle’s payment processing rules and timeframes.3. Automatic renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.Cancellations must be completed prior to renewal to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically generate a refund outside the 30-day refund window described above.Experience Klaivr live
