1. Legal Information

This service is operated by Klaivr, a SAS company headquartered at 128 rue de la Boétie, 75008 Paris, France.Contact email: contact@klaivr.com.These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Klaivr. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Klaivr is a SaaS platform enabling users to act on their professional tools (CRM, productivity, communication, etc.) through natural language instructions executed via compatible integrations.Klaivr is a software platform only: it does not include human-operated services, manual execution inside your tools, or human agents acting on your behalf.The service is intended for a mixed audience (B2B and B2C) and operates on a paid subscription model.Klaivr is not a marketplace and does not enable third parties to sell products or services to buyers through Klaivr.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration — Using the service requires creating an account. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.3.2 Organizational Accounts — Organizations may create or manage accounts for their members, including permissions, access levels, and teams.3.3 Credentials — Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and must notify us immediately if unauthorized use is suspected.

4. User Content

Klaivr does not allow users to publish public-facing content.Any data processed through integrations remains the property of the user or the organization.

5. Integrations & Data

5.1 Third-party integrations — Users may connect third-party applications (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, Google Workspace). Their use is subject to each provider’s own terms and policies.5.2 Non-autonomous agents — Klaivr uses agents that only execute explicit user instructions. No autonomous automation or background actions are performed.5.3 Personal data (GDPR) — Klaivr complies with applicable European data protection laws, including GDPR. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.5.4 Third-party terms compliance — Users may only connect accounts and services they are authorized to use and must not use Klaivr to violate or circumvent the terms, rate limits, licensing, or acceptable use policies of any third-party platform.

6. Payments

6.1 Plans — The service offers monthly and/or annual subscriptions with automatic renewal.6.2 Billing — Billing follows the subscription selected by the user or organization.6.3 Refunds — Klaivr offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund window for the initial charge of any subscription. After this 30-day period, charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. The detailed rules and process are described in the Refund Policy.

7. Third-party Services & External Links

The service may depend on or link to third-party services. Klaivr is not responsible for their availability, security, terms, or compliance.Klaivr does not provide, resell, or grant access to any third-party service accounts. Users must connect and use only their own licensed accounts and remain solely responsible for compliance with the terms of those third-party platforms.

8. Prohibited Use & Moderation

Users must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, bypass security controls, scrape or disrupt systems, misuse integrations to perform unauthorized actions, or harass, threaten, or harm others.Users must not use Klaivr to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data, or to circumvent authentication, security, licensing, or technical restrictions imposed by third-party services.Klaivr must not be used for unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, mass marketing, automated or artificial engagement (such as fake likes, views, or reviews), or similar abusive communication practices.Klaivr must not be used to provide regulated professional advice (including legal, financial, medical, or investment advice) to third parties without appropriate qualifications and regulatory compliance.Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination of access to the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform components, including software, content, branding, and design, are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction or use is forbidden.

10. Limitation of Liability

Klaivr provides the service “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klaivr is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, revenue, or opportunities, nor for actions resulting from incorrect user instructions. Total liability is limited to the amount paid during the last 12 months.

11. Termination

Users may terminate their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents renewal but does not trigger refunds outside the refund window described in our Refund Policy.Klaivr may suspend or terminate access in case of violations of these Terms, fraudulent or risky activity, or non-payment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
